Alberta Rockies in September

Early September in the Alberta Rockies can be one of the the driest months of the year however, a clear cloudless morning or evening can take away some of the dramatic light displays we hope to find.  I was lucky for this particular image where all the elements fell into place.   Wispy clouds began to light up in the  twilight  sky at Maligne Lake in Jasper National Park as the sun began to bring it’s warmth to this “fresh” early September morning.  Stay tuned for more images  and reports from this September adventure in the Alberta Rockies!

Until next time…
